If you are using FTP synchronization, please setup the "Advanced" option of the task by click "Advanced..." button in the "General" setting page. Please select the correct code page of the Server, usually, it is "UTF-8".

Have you set the "Filtering" by time, if you have selected this kind of filtering, if an old file is deleted, because its timestamp is out of the range, it will not be deleted from the otherside, please donot use any time filtering option.

Please confirm if you have the writing privilege on the folder of FTP server.
Or please confirm if you are using the correct FTP folder.
Sometimes, the SFTP server give different folders for reading and writing.

It seems that the FTP server does not support the commands to set the timestamp of the file.
BestSync has not an option to only compare the file name. You'd better to change the FTP server software or the service provider.

It is proved that this problem is caused by the permission setting of the folder in FTP server end.
