hi,
after our ftpserver site provider, grants a write privilege on the folder, we never encounter the problem cannot detect server timezone and all files are successfully downloaded.

hi, from time to time, bestsync download the file with 0 bytes even though the file in source server is not 0 bytes. I notice that every time this happen, the log shows cannot detect server's timezone , use localtime zone -480 minutes. bestsync 2015 version 10.0.1.5 64 bit how should I go about to r...
