Please confirm in the Windows "Task Scheduler" to see if the " StartBestSync" Task is set correctly as the following screenshots.
"Task Scheduler" is in the Administrative Tools of Control Panel.

BestSync does not auto-start

Since the upgrade of BestSync to version 2021, the autostart of the program no longer works when Windows starts (Ver16.0.1.2 (64Bit)).

Please download and install BestSync 2021 (Ver16.0.1.2) again, the new version has supported the MIME type ( "image/svg+xml").

The problem may be caused by Windows update and antivirus software. Please try following steps to see if the problem can be resolved. (1)Exit BestSync Application. (2)Stop antivirus software. (3)Start BestSync Application by "Run as administrator" context menu of the BestSync desktop icon....

We have just release BestSync 2021 version 16.0.0.3, the new version has fixed the renaming problem, please try it to see if this problem has been fixed.

In the "Copy Options" Tab, there is a "Retry Times" count. BestSync will retry the synchronization if there is any error.
If you set a period schedule, such as run the task every some minutes or hours, BestSync will also try to resume from the last error point of failed large file.

If you find some files has the problem, may be this file are uploaded by an old version.
Please try to use the preview of the task, modify the synchronization-action to upload, upload the files again to see if the problem can be resolved.
