What does it trigger to downgrade: the year or every two major version?

Starting from April 4th, 2015 my current license will be downgraded to Business License. Here I have the option to upgrade it from Business License to Ultimate License. Is this correct?

I purchased 1 Ultimate license for 1 PC on April 4th, 2013 and have two years of unlimited updates for this license, regardless of major version release. Correct?

I have already uploaded many files into Amazon S3 by "S3 management Console", at first time after setup the task, BestSync try to download these files, how to avoid this action.

Since I was doing a one way sync. why did it delete files on the source machine?
How can I prevent this but still get file deleted off the backup or output folder when they are deleted

I am testing your product and had a question about realtime sync.
1. Does realtime sync need to be run as a separate job from the initial sync process?
