Thank you for your reply. This is only occurring on 1 single task. I have other tasks using SFTP and even going to the same server and parent folder without this issue. What information can I forward to have Risefly assist me on this issue.?

Any Update on this issue?. I am having multiple issues daily with this problem and it is really creating a problem for our production process.
Any resolution or work around would be appreciated.

OK, still fighting this SFTPOpen error message, but it seems to have changed. I have unchecked the use intermediate file and still not 100% success. Moved Servers

I have had to move servers that my Bestsync application was on.. I Activated the new server with the former servers key. Don't want to "Deactivate" from the former server since feel it may deactivate my current license key. Do I leave things as they are? Or need to do something else.

Here is my lastest update. Attached is the log file of a transfer that failed using preview. two folders with files. All files got the SFTP Open error. I have deselected Use intermediate file during copy...." in "Copy Options" TAB. Then had a new group of files submitted and the results were still SFTPOpen Error. When I deselected in same value in the Second move under BestSync, the file transferred successfully? Stay tuned for more ...

The main folder and sub-folders all have permissions wide open for everyone, EVERYONE have full control on the folders. This does not happen to every single folder I transfer. Once it starts to happen it happens repeatably. And can not be fixed by resending files, removing the destination folder and...
