Please try to uncheck the following option to see if the issuse can be avoided:
Uncheck "Use intermediate file during copy..." option of the "Copy options" setting page.

Though time range filter setting is selected, but if the files out of the range already exist, BestSync will not delete these files automatically. This setting is only for improving the sync speed, not for increasing the capacity. You can try the "Delete the unchanged files in the target folder...

You need not to do any setting. BestSync flushs the removable drive after the synchronization.
You can just take out the removable drive after the synchronization.

Before you synchronize the Outlook with the saved folder. You need to setup the mail accounts, and make the Outlook be function.

We do not know the casue of this problem at the current stage. may be it is related to the Network Drive ( Suse Linux ) .
Please uncheck the "Process multiple files simultaneously..." option in the "Copy Options" property page, to see if this problem ccan be avoided.
