I can see from the log data that BestSync sends the correct commands, but sometimes the FTP server just responses "500 Unknown command".
Are you using FTPS or FTPES?
If it is possible, please send me a test account by e-mail (risefly@risefly.com), so that I can debug this problem.

Please try to setup a "Run as" local account for "BestSync Service" in "Services" of the "Control Panel", to see if this problem can be avoided.

Have you setup the logon account for the service to impersonate a local user and log into the shared folder.
You can click the "User" icon on the right of the remote folder in the "General" wizard page.

Please download the new ver 5.4.08 from our website, the new version fixed the problem that the shell extension is not registered correctly on 64 Bit OS.
