This is a known problem of BestSync 2008 (old version), please uninstall the old version. And install the newest version. The setting file service.fsf may have been crashed, please reconfigure the tasks , or rename from the backup file service.fsf~.

If the OS language is not English, please search Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redistributables of your language, and install it. Then try if the problem disapperas.

On design of BestSync, if the USB drive is not connected, the sync-task will fail with "Drive not ready" error, and will not delete all the files in another side.
Is the task setup to synchronize with a ZIP file on USB drive? If it is, it is a known problem, we are fixing it now.

Sorry, Bestsync has not an option to exclude the Zero-Size file now. Excluding all the Zero-Size files may not safe, sometimes, Zero-Size files are also important files. Please use other filtering options to exclude the unnecessary files.
