I have tested on my 64 bit Windows 7, but can not recreate this problem.
Please try to use the administrator privilege to start BestSync, and remove the task again.

Please check if you are using the latest version (7.0.19) of BestSync, We have fixded a bug about this problem from version 6.1.11.

Because Error 550 is returned from the server, please check if you have set the correct privilege of the folder on the FTP server.

If the system time of the FTP server and the local PC are correct, BestSync should be able to detect the changed file, and sync only the changed files.

Because we have not got a Buffalo NAS, so can not debug on the system.
From our experence, this cause of this problem may be because the system time of the FTP server or the local PC is not correct.
Please check the sytem time of the NAS.

Please try BestSync 2012, BestSync 2012 can use date & time fields in the folder name or ZIP file name. For example: <date:yyyyMMdd> will add the date string of today. <date:yyyyMMdd-1> will add the date string of yesterday. <date:yyyyMMdd-2> will add the date string of the day before yesterday....

Then it means that though the php is opened in the editor, but it is not locked. If you want to avoid the editing file be synchronized, you must setup two tasks like following. 1. A task that is started manually after editing. Editing Folder-->Completed Folder 2. A automatic task that sync the compl...

Please just uncheck the "Use 'Voulume Shadow Copy Service' 'to copy openned/locked files" option in the "Volume Shadown Copy" setting tab of the task.

Please confirm if you are using the lastest version 6.2.43.
