".fsn" file is the scanned recording of the last synchronization. BestSync uses this file to detect file deleting, and if FTP server does not support Set-File-TimeStamp, BestSync uses this file to detect if files are changed. So please retain this file.

040c ~ 0804 is the language ID, you can find the language ID at the following webpage.

You can delete the language files that are not necessary for you. If you delete all the language files, the default UI is English.

Please wait for a while for the task ending and saving log. After the task ends, you must be able to modify, start or delete the task again.

BestSync has been tested with Outlook 2003/2007/2010, but has not been tested with Outlook 2002.

Yes, if you have Business License or Ultimate License, you can use the email notification feature to send email at the end of the task, or when the real-time sync task finishs the full sync.

Sorry, BestSync does not SSL/TLS authentication when using SMTP now.
Please use an e-mail account that need not SSL/TLS authentication.

We have released the new version 6.1.07, the new version added a new option related the VSS "Create the VSS volume only if there are files being openned/locked", if the option is unchecked and if there are files need to be copied, the VSS volume will always be created.

To synchronize with 32 bit Outlook, you must use BestSync 32 bit, on the other handle, to synchronize with 64bit Outlook, please use BestSync 64Bit.
This limit comes from the MAPI system.
