The cause of this issue is that BestSync does not save the log immediately after files are synchronized in real-time mode.
The saving period can be set in "Period for send email or exporting log file" in "Miscellaneous" tab.

If the task is started as Windows Service, the preview is not available.
If you want to see the preview during monitoring file change, please uncheck the service mode in the schedule tab.

For a real-time task, the preview can be opened after the task is started.
You can watch BestSync processes the real-time change notification.

BestSync supports uploading files that are larger than 4GB.
Please start the preview of the task to see if there is any error happens when upload the large file.

May be this files were uploaded to Linux by binary mode before, please try to use BestSync to upload those file again.
You can changed the synchronization action in the Task Preview of BestSync, by this way you can force the files to be uploaded to the server again.

FTPS(FTP over Implicit SSL)/FTPES(FTP over Explicit SSL) uses the Windows SSL library, so it must support TLS1.2.
