I am having the same issue. I am using 7.0.2.4 (The newest version) Best Sync 2012 on a Windows 2008 server. I can run the job manually and it works and does what it needs to do but when I Run as a Service it never runs. Let me know what you would suggest and if you would like me to email in my logs.
