Please check if you have specified correct file type filtering string, and have not exclude all files in the "Exclude or include" setting tab, try to set "All Files|*.*" in the "Filter by file types" option of the "Filter" setting tab.

Because BestSync 2012 is a very old version, it is not guaranteed to run on the new OS, and the version is out of supported now.
Please try the newest version (BestSync 2018).

Just download the zip file of the portable version, then unzip it to any folder of the portable drive.

Please ask Microsoft if you have any problem about SyncToy, but you'd better uninstall it before install BestSync.

The log is of the real-time synchronization, the OS may notify the change of the same file for multiple times, BestSync ignores the notification and mark it as "Redundant". It does not means that BestSync has not synchronized the file. If the task is synchronizing with FTP server, BestSync...

Please confirm if there is the antivirus software or firewall software blocks BestSync from communicating with the online activation server.
Please stop this kind of software during activation the license, or please confirm if you are using the latest version of BestSync (2018).

This problem is caused by the Windows 10 update.
Please start BestSync application by “Run as administrator” context menu of the desktop icon of BestSync, then activate the license again to see if the problem can be resolved.
