There is a "Show Real-time Sync Status" context menu of the task, you can click the menu to monitor the real-time sync process.

I really do not know what happened in your systems, if it is possible, please export the tasks in Windows PC and server to files, then send the files to risefly@risefly.com, so we can debug this issue.

Thank you for the exported task setting.
I have found a problem in the setting, you must setup the local PC account in the folder browser of the network shared folder, if the task need to be ran as Windows Service.

I'm regret to tell you that BestSync does not support synchronizing with shared folders of others now.
As alternative way, please synchronize with your folders and share them instead.
